Week 1 – July 3rd, 5th & 7th

 Week 2 – July 26th & 28th * $60 charge for this week

 Week 3 – July 31st, Aug 2nd & 4th

 Week 4 – Aug 9th & 11th * $60 charge for this week

Week 5 – Aug 14th, 16th & 18th

Week 6 – Aug 21st, 23rd & 25th

O’Neill Conditioning offers personal training, small group training, yoga and sport specific dryland for all sports. Our  training programs are specifically designed for all levels, including Youth, Jr and College. If you are a player committed to achieving results and reaching maximum potential then our elite training programs are for you. Using our one of a kind core training harness and OCM resistance workouts you will increase your core strength, balance and explosiveness. OCM also conducts Boot Camps and Yoga sessions for all levels, including teams.
