Personal Trainer/Boot Camp/Yoga

Shelley has been in the fitness industry for  26 years registered with BCRPA in Group Fitness, Yoga, Weight Training, Personal Training,  Aqua Fit and Indoor Cycling   She enjoys kicking butt in Boot Camps; safely challenging her participants as they achieve gains in muscular strength and endurance while developing a much stronger core. Shelley has also trained soccer and ball hockey teams as well as yoga training for ice hockey with O’Neill Conditioning.  During this time, Shelley has shown many hockey teams the benefits of yoga, including WHL team the Vancouver Giants.
