….fours years now. After being scouted by coach Scott Sparkman, I went from playing Midget AAA hockey to now playing Jr A. Mark’s high intensity programs helped me get a step up on the competition and his experience with training Jr A made the jump a lot easier. He individually makes workout and healthy diet plans to help you achieve your goals. Working with Scott Sparkman and Doug Harding helped me understand the game more and develop the on ice skills I needed. Doug also worked on the mental side of the game and helped a lot with on and off ice confidence, I can not thank the OCM staff enough for getting me to where I am today. “
