Return to Play

 

 Dryland Training a must before returning to play.

 

All athletes have experienced an injury at some point in their careers and they know that recovery can be a challenging process. OCM Athlete Return to Play programs are designed to help athletes redevelop their strengths and skills, while promoting a fast and healthy healing process.

OCM Return to Play training has  helped many athletes recover from injuries, including  current Canadian Womens National Softball team member, Jennifer Yee.

Return to Play training programs focus on the athlete as a whole, incorporateing  nutrition and weight gain/weight loss techniques to ensure a comprehensive approach when returning Athletes to play.
