Class Descriptions

Boot Camp – A challenging workout that will keep you coming back for more! Sessions will include Circuits, Strength Training, HIIT, Core training……OCM Boot Camps are safe, fun and effective.

Dryland Training – Sessions are run by ACE certified Mark O’Neill and vary depending on sport, age and ability. Dryland/Balance & Core Training classes are for 1-8 athletes.
